Terms of Use

By registering an account with Thymeslot, the Site Visitor or User promises that they are at least eighteen years of age. The information, images, messages, website links, text information, graphics, files, data and any other content provided to us by Users (“User Submissions”) and uploaded, published, displayed or otherwise made available (“posted”) on the Site is not endorsed by Thymeslot. Users are solely responsible for the submissions he or she posts. Users retain all ownership rights in his or her own User Submissions. However, by submitting User Submissions to the Site, Users have the right to grant to Thymeslot a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-revocable, transferable, royalty-free, and perpetual right to use the User Submissions. Users rights are in any manner or media now or later developed, for any purpose, commercial, advertising, or otherwise, including the right to translate, display, sub-license, reproduce, create derivative works, distribute, assign and commercialize without any payment due to User. User Submissions are not confidential or proprietary.

Thymeslot integrates with Stripe, our third-party payment processor, which requires users to maintain their own Stripe accounts.

If you use Stripe within Thymeslot, please be aware that Stripe has its own privacy policies. It is also crucial to obtain your customers’ consent before sharing or transmitting their personal information from Thymeslot to any third-party application.

Thymeslot provides a free basic software plan, but you have the option to upgrade to a paid subscription that suits your business needs. By using the Site and any services provided by Thymeslot, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on the Thymeslot Add-ons platform page and related sub-pages. By providing a payment method, you explicitly authorize Thymeslot to charge the applicable service fees, including any additional costs such as overage fees and taxes, at regular intervals as specified in the product descriptions. Your subscription will automatically renew, and your payment method will be charged based on your chosen plan, including any additional fees or any outstanding payments due from a previous billing cycle. Please note that all payments are non-refundable, although Thymeslot may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

By creating an account and upgrading to a paid subscription, you consent to allow Thymeslot to charge your credit card (or other payment method) through its payment processors for the amounts due for your initial subscription period and for subsequent subscription periods until you downgrade to the Free plan or cancel your account. Paid subscriptions will automatically renew at the start of each new subscription period unless you downgrade to a free plan or cancel your account. Downgrades or cancellations are effective immediately, and no refunds will be issued for any remaining unused subscription period.    • Providing gambling services in jurisdictions where this is illegal or (where applicable) offering gambling services without a valid license to the relevant jurisdiction
   • Legal gambling where the cardholder is not present when the bet is made as well as for direct purchase of wagers/chips via payment card
   • Lotteries, including online lotteries
   • Sports forecasting or odds making
   • Internet gambling
     
     
3. Adult entertainment, websites and content including but not limited to the following:
   • Adult book stores and video stores
   • Any products on the internet containing graphic or nude content
   • Audio (phone sex and adult phone conversations)
   • Video (web-based sexually oriented video)
   • Companion/escort services or dating services (sexually-oriented)
   • Fetish products
   • Membership, clubs, and subscriptions
   • Prostitution
   • Gentleman’s clubs, topless bars, and strip club

Thymeslot reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate any user account and any user submissions, as well as to restrict a user’s access to all or any part of the Site, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice and without any liability to the user or others. These Terms of Use apply to anyone who accesses, registers, or makes a purchase on the Site. The sections on Termination, Indemnity, Copyright and Trademark Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties, and Governing Law will continue to apply even after the termination of service or use of the Site.

The Site is owned by Thymeslot and is intended for both personal and commercial use by users. The Thymeslot name, logo, and site content—including all images, slogans, text, colors, designs, graphics, icons, buttons, code, and software—are protected by trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws. Trademarks, product names, and logos of third parties featured on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Thymeslot retains exclusive rights to its trademarks, and any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. Thymeslot trademarks may not be copied, reproduced, modified, downloaded, published, or otherwise exploited without prior written permission from Thymeslot. Users are only permitted to electronically copy and print pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial use related to their orders from Thymeslot.

Thymeslot retains all intellectual property rights, copyrights, and trademarks for any material users print for personal use. Users agree to comply with all applicable intellectual property laws and not use any materials on the Site to create derivative works. Users must not use, copy, or distribute any content, including User Generated Content, for commercial purposes without explicit permission. Users warrant that they own all rights to any User Submissions they post on the Site. Users agree not to post, modify, distribute, or reproduce User Submissions belonging to others without first obtaining permission from the owner and granting Thymeslot the license rights described in this Agreement.

At Thymeslot, we encourage you to reach out to us to resolve any issues before considering legal action. In the event that legal proceedings become necessary, these Terms (along with all rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference) will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore. This will be done without regard to any conflict of laws principles and without applying the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time, at our sole discretion. You agree that, unless explicitly stated otherwise in these Terms, there are no third-party beneficiaries to these Terms. A waiver of any provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of any other provision or a continuing waiver of the same provision. Thymeslot’s failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. You agree that, notwithstanding any contrary statute or law, any claim related to the Services must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arises; otherwise, the claim will be permanently barred.
